This is not performance orientedor fitness focused yoga. It’s slow, mindful, restorative practice that meets you exactly as you are, supporting you in feeling safe, connected, and at home in your body. Ideal for beginners, those with sensitive nervous systems, or anyone who feels more comfortable with private, supportive guidance. Private Yoga Lessons What to expect: - Slow, gentle, nervous-system-aware movement - Breath-centered practice (breathing techniques) - Embodied awareness and grounding - Meditation and deep relaxation - Subtle Reiki awareness woven through the practice Every session is personalized to your needs and energy. Preparing for your private yoga lesson is simple. Choose a space that feels calm and free from distractions, with enough room for your mat and comfortable movement.
